This is my second France Luxe barrette of this size. I love the variety of styles and the unusual patterns. But both barrettes had the same problem with the clasp. It pulls a few strands of hair every time I remove it. They get stuck in the deepest part of the “fold” versus “secure” side of the clasp and pull out. Even being careful to try and avoid this problem, it always pulls a few strands out. This is enough of a concern that I will not buy anymore with the gold metal clasp. BTW, a smaller sized France Luxe barrette did not have any clasp issues, only the 3 inch ones.

I love the chandelier and it's the perfect size for my location over my tub. HOWEVER....
What was very disconcerting was the fact that there were no instructions at all regarding assembly of the crystals or pendants. The ropes of crystals were all apart and there were missing connectors. There were no connectors for the ball prisms so I had to fashion connections with wire. I finally copied the picture and tried to figure out where everything was supposed to go. It looks like there are supposed to be eight ropes of crystals from the top to the four arms; however, there are not eight individual places on the top piece. I actually give the chandelier itself a "5 stars" but I have to give the instructions a "2 star".
